§ 1 Limited Arrival-times, from 9 morning to midnight only.
We wait 1 hour from the arrival-time you wrote in your booking.
Make clear if you mean morning (AM) 9h-12h or evening (PM)! 13h-24h
In case of delay, please call us, when you arrive, or send an sms,
because we are not all day in.
PLEASE NOTE: If you did not select an arrival time,
the system sets a default (automatic) arrival time at 11 am (morning).
In that case we only wait for you until 12 noon !
The time you need to come to us :
from the train-station ‘Zoologischer Garten’ 7 minutes
-from Hauptbahnhof / the central station 12 minutes.
-from Tegel airport ( TXL ) 20 minutes,
-from Schönefeld airport (SXF) to us you need 44 minutes,
§ 2 No smoking inside the hostel. Only outside in the park next door
§ 3 Payment is always in advance and in cash, credit-cards are not accepted.
ATMs / bank machines are everywhere, at stations, air-ports & near from us,
§ 4 For the key we charge a deposit of 20 €, which you get back, by returning the keys. With this keys you have got 24 hours access to the hostel.
§ 5 Refunds only for cancellations 48hours before check-out !
No shows get charged the first night by credit card
Groups strictly only up to maximal 4 persons accepted !
Bookings with more people will get cancelled refundless.
§ 6 Check out times: You have to vacuate your room by noon,
on the morning of your departure.
Late check out: 12-20 1€ more per hour
§ 7 Luggage can be left for the day, against an extra charge of 2 Euro per Person, by making an appointment for picking up the luggage.
§ 8 Since our little hostel has less than 25 beds in total, we cannot take groups, bigger than 4. Bookings made by bigger groups than 4 , also those which arrive in different bookings, get canceled refundless.
As well we definitely dont want noisy and alcohol drinking groups as well.
Most of our guests are individual single traveller and backpackers , language-students or artists, including Gays & Lesbians, which are especially welcome,
as well a Vegetarians, Buddhist and Hindus, actors, journalists & writers.
Smoking is N O T permitted inside the House, only in the little park in front of our house.
